A draft edict on counteracting unfair mediation has been submitted for president's consideration, Chair of the State Control committee reported. The document envisages obligatory coordination of the purchases for the budgetary money with the superior organization. This regards a certain price range. The value for the deals, which do not need coordination will be determined later. More initiatives on counteracting unfair mediation were considered at the interdepartmental board by the State Control committee and the General Prosecutor's office.
