The country's medical institutions have changed their schedule amidst the spread of COVID-19 and seasonal infections. The daily increase in cases throughout the country – at the level of about 2,000 people – lasts for the second week. The infection now affects significantly younger people, not only people with chronic diseases and people over 60 years old. Gomel City Central Hospital has organized a "red zone" – patients with high fever and signs of infection stay here. Similar measures are applied in other medical institutions of Belarus.
