Housing and communal services of Brest to increase their efficiency

Housing and communal services in the Brest region will speed up their work. Today, a meeting of the regional executive committee discussed the problems in this sphere. Complaints from citizens were taken into account, which were received during personal meetings, direct telephone lines and calls to the 115 service. Most often, residents were dissatisfied with public amenities, the state of the roads and the overhaul of residential buildings. In total, over the past six months, 2477 appeals related to housing and communal services were received in the Brest region. More than half (58%) of them were successfully adressed. A number of recommendations were made to make the work of the service even more efficient.
