More benefits and preferences to be provided to investors in Belarus

Investment in Belarus will become more attractive. The President signed a decree №8 according to which investment agreements will only be concluded in the priority sectors identified by the Government. Investors are exempt from paying the penalty for breach of the investment agreement. The competitive selection procedure was determined for the cases when several parties are interested in implementation of a project. The document was developed taking into account the suggestions of the interested parties.
