It is necessary to finally address the central issue in the Belarusian-Russian relations, namely to create equal conditions for citizens and economic entities. The President stated this at the meeting with the Russian Foreign Minister. Sergei Lavrov arrived in Minsk to attend the joint meeting of the boards of the two ministries. For Russia, Belarus is the fourth largest trading partner among all countries of the world. In the last two years, the bilateral trade has been growing after a period of decline. Following the meeting, the Russian minister said that the state of bilateral relations was discussed in line with the agreements that were adopted at the presidential level.
