Visit of Iran first vice-president to Minsk in pipeline

Belarus and Iran are capable of reaching $1 billion in mutual trade, Belarus President said at the meeting with Speaker of the Parliament of Iran. This is not the first personal meeting between Ali Larijani and Alexander Lukashenko. Speaker of the Parliament visited Belarus 4 years ago. Minsk and Tehran established diplomatic relations more than 25 years ago. Last year the mutual trade turnover exceeded $150 million. The two countries enjoy close cooperation at all levels. A visit of the first vice-president of Iran to Minsk is in the pipeline.
