Belarus celebrates Constitution Day

Belarus celebrates Constitution Day. The country's Main Law was adopted 27 years ago. On its basis, a system of legislation is formed – the competencies of state bodies are determined. A person, his or her rights, freedoms and guarantees are proclaimed the highest value of the state. The President acts as the guarantor of the Constitution, as well as the rights and freedoms. Today all over the country solemn ceremony of presenting passports to young Belarusians will take place.
