Council of Ministers resolution to simplify construction of residential houses and commercial real estate facilities

Pre-design preparation and actual design are now freed from unnecessary approvals. Innovations are spelled out in government resolution. Duplicate procedures are eliminated at initial stages, thereby time is saved. According to the Ministry of Construction and Architecture, now there is no need to coordinate the construction documentation with the architect. It is enough to obtain consent from the local government authority. As a result, up to 5 months will bw saved. The current changes are the first step to simplify construction. Work is also underway to remove unnecessary procedures at other stages.
