Minsk preparing to celebrate Victory Day

Art objects with scenes of frontline and partisan life, stylized four-meter stars and flag cascades. Minsk is preparing to celebrate Victory Day. The central place of the composition is the first combat award, which was established during the war, the Order of Patriotic War of the First Degree. Exhibition galleries with archive photos can already be seen in the streets of the city. The chronology of the liberation of Belarus stretched from the Palace of Sports to the Museum of the Great Patriotic War. The building of the Pedagogical University is traditionally decorated with a handmade canvas made of 8 thousand colorful shreds. Mass transit vehicles will also be decorated, so subway trains, buses and trolleybuses will have transformed looks. This is only the first stage of the city decoration. New installations will be put up through June. Minsk will be in full parade by Independence Day.
