Water levels to rise on Belarusian rivers in the coming days

Water levels are expected to rise on the rivers of Belarus in the coming days. An increase in air temperature and precipitation is forecasted, which will contribute to the melting of ice. On some rivers, the water level reached a dangerously high level. Ice with wormwood remains on the Dnieper River, Sozh, the Western Dvina, Berezina, Neman, and Pripyat. The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs about its readiness to quickly respond to the current situation. Special rescue teams have been created, water pumping equipment is available.
