Houses with central electric heating systems being built in Minsk satellite towns

Housing construction continues in Minsk's satellite towns. New houses will be commissioned this year in Smolevichi, including 2 houses in the Minsk quarter, 6 houses will be built in the Smolevichi region. Moreover, these will be houses with central electric heating systems. In general, at least 19 high-rise buildings are planned for Minsk residents under the project. The government aims to reduce the cost of construction and increase the share of individual housing, which will be sold on a turnkey basis. Together with the Smolevichi, aomprehensive residential development will be carried out in Rudensk. In Fanipol, they are still more engaged in the design of social facilities such as schools and kindergartens.
